What are you all thinking about the immunity decision? I seem out of sync with most commentators. Had it been no immunity whatsoever, there would be court cases accusing Biden of genocide. Or had it been total immunity, Trump would be off the hook. So I don't think it's SCOTUS worst decision.

The proverbial devil is in the details. The decision presumes a POTUS has immunity, even for ambiguous acts. And much evidence is now inadmissible. So yes-it's very bad.
