Schools that wish to mitigate the risk of being protested by federal judges should encourage their students to work for state judges.

Yes and but also there’s just no reason any self-respecting school should send students to go clerk for judges who are part of the assault on the rule of law. If they’re partisan hacks, interact with them as such.
