This is Daniel Foganholi, a failed politician who was appointed to the board directly by Desantis (twice) over the will of the voters who have never voted for him. He's the one who contacted the police and started this entire thing.

I wonder how many school board members have been elected, found somehow ineligible, and replaced with someone handpicked by DeSantis. Iirc, the one here in Alachua county replaced someone who wasn’t living in the county district she was voted to represent, so was replaced with a conservative.
