Huh, didn’t know they have a different flavor profile, my local grocery has them last I saw. I’ll check it out.

A good red is better than a good yellow. But the average yellow is a LOT, LOT BETTER THAN Average red. They are lot sweeter. The flesh is usually a better texture. They are missing the minor "cucumber" like background notes in red. In smaller cannonball sizes yellow are really delicious.
