38hr working week over max 5 days. Must have 2 consecutive days off. Only 1 can be weekend. Ban overtime. Don't put a limit on sick leave. If you are sick, you are sick.

Interesting, I think that was what they were trying to get the national employment insurance scheme for. One of my colleagues had back surgery couldn’t work for months and couldn’t pay her rent on a benefit, it was awful for her.
