I'd love to know how it's not a gigantic 14th amendment violation to treat cis boys and trans boys so differently. Pure discrimination.

I think this is one of those things that doesn't actually happen, but because the GOP says so, they're saying they're against it, like "critical race theory". I think the only reason they are saying it is because they are pandering to conservatives. Sorry if this sounds too "captain obvious".
