Somehow I have to do a grocery errand early tomorrow morning before it gets too hot, because my SNAP reups tomorrow, that is food I can both afford and will be gentle on the presumptive IBS and that in my current “I don’t want to eat most things” state I will actually eat.

What seems problematic here is that a cursory look at low FODMAP foods indicates…this is mostly what I already eat?
