Perhaps it’s time to consider that these people are assclowns, are *fucking wrong,* & proof of those two statements is that the DoJ can’t act lawlessly in doing what you suggest.

Certainly the DoJ can't and shouldn't act lawlessly. But Claremont is now promoting, inciting and even funding violent actors who are committed to dismantling the US federal republic. There might be some existing laws that apply to this kind of behavior. Time to look.
