I forget what the specific case is about (b/c it doesn't really matter that much) but if it's good for rich guys generally to strike it down then they'll strike it down and they'll put some other words around it and claim they aren't changing anything.

Oh, this specific case was a super arcane regulation, which was repealed actually, about federal monitors being required to sail with fishing vessels at the expense of the fishery, which the petitioner said was outside the scope of the statutory language But the cert. grant was "overrule Chevron?"
