Ironically, this would backfire on their faces amusingly. You might as well consider all of Christian Renaissance art gone, and, if you really wanted to take it to extremes...doesn't the Bible itself also have descriptions of nakedness in like, as early as the first chapter? 😂

Welp US Christianity was mainly based on puritans, the kind to go even after enjoying food as they saw that as sinful. The kind that saw that art as inmoral. The actual reason for homosexuality being illegal in a lot of the world. That is the base of Christianity that wants that power in the US

Renaissance art was on the whole created by Catholics, a lot of the evangelicals behind Project 2025 do not consider Catholics to be Christian. They would have no problem with banning all of the art from the renaissance.

Well, that's kinda the point. Their whole ideology is, remember, "For us, the law protects but does not bind. For you, the law binds but does not protect." Laws that SHOULD apply to, for example, straight people but only get applied to queer people, is exactly what they want.
