Usually when people say an old episode of a TV show has been "banned" they mean it has been removed from a couple of streaming services. They're just being extremely dramatic and hysterical.

One of the freeview channels, having run out of Benny Hill episodes Hale & Pace as being shockingly anti-woke. They weren't, they were just crap.

"idk, maybe now you'd agree it's bad how corporations can make things disappear on a whim and there should be some regulation to that?" "Stfu that's communism"

I hear that if you try to buy a Terry and June DVD in CEX they push a button under the counter and the police come to arrest you.

I have a theory that most of the TV shows you enjoyed say, 20 years ago, if you were to watch them now, you wouldn’t find them anywhere near as good as you remember. Chances are people watch a couple of episodes, this reality kicks in and viewers dwindle. Makes sense not to continue streaming.
