I just listened to an episode of Better Offline where Ed Zitron discusses Wikipedia with Molly White (18-year Editor). Usually these are scammy and don't accomplish the task of getting you a Wikipedia page at all. Give us money, we'll do a thing, it'll probably not be accepted, they keep money
