Okay I’ll bite. What’s the stupid precedent? Isn’t it fair to say that business records should conform with the law and hush money payments to a porn star should not be labeled as legal fees to the money bag handler?

I kind of disagree with Laura somewhat in her conclusion but as I understand her, he's on trial for trying to overthrow the government, stealing top secret documents and racketeering with the Georgia election, and the payoff to a porn star is the one that even goes to trial. It *is* absurdist.
