If your capacity to talk about how mental illness is so totally valid and we need support and not to be shoved away into institutions only extends to anxiety and depression you're an ally to no one This includes disorders that make you a widdle uncomfy to show compassion towards.

POCD, ASPD, NPD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, there's countless mental illnesses where people need actual help and so long as you only think of mentally ill people who are "deserving" of it as depression and anxiety you will never get any kind of improvement for anyone.
