I think it's a difficult political problem, it's important we build political support for court reform, I am frustrated at many (but not all!) parts of Democratic establishment for not sharing this sense of urgency. But winning as many elections as possible is the most important part of all this

i agree that there's only one party in our current system that might realistically come around on court reform but "vote for us in the hopes that one day we might make a 180 on our stated platform and policy goals" isn't a strong sell.
