I don't know if there is a cop up there street "TRYING" to see who's shooting off fire works. They had there lights on three doors down when I left to get a Slurppee and were I THOUGHT gone when I got back but they were back on by the time I got to the door.

If they are just sitting there watching, I would think randomly turning on the lights would make them look more like they weren't doing their jobs but they might just be pieces of shit so (weighing scales arm motion)
