This week in 2020 Trump declared that no one could have expected a pandemic. (He'd disbanded Obama's pandemic response team in 2018.) When reporters pointed out that Peter Navarro had written a memo warning of a #COVID-19 pandemic in January he said, "I didn't read it. I didn't look for it either."
