Ultimately I think a Jan 6-style violent coup will fail because the military won’t get on board with it, but I think whether or not a legal coup would succeed is a much thornier question.

At this point I don’t trust that Roberts won’t play along w/ Trump’s inevitable effort to sue his way into power if he loses the election.
