It wouldn't get through Congress but even saying he is going to try would maybe give people hope. It would be bold and that is what people need some bold actions.

I don’t see him trying to expand the court before his term ends. It would be up to Congress to accept his nominee/s. McConnell rejected Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, in March 2016, and said that it was too close to the 2016 election. I wish it was as simple as Biden expanding it. It isn’t.
