I really had to sit with the ending of I SAW THE TV GLOW for a few days to accept it — but even before I left the theater afterward, I already knew I wanted to write this piece about what I think director Jane Schoenbrun is saying. Or more to the point, demanding.

Eye opening article with so much thought and depth. I have seen this film's advertising but didn't see anything interesting to me. Now I see the depth of conscious in it, and will add it to my list of films to watch, when I'm introspective and focused. Thank You Tasha!

This ending got under my skin and legit haunted me the day after seeing it. I just wished the crowd I saw it with wasn't laughing so much at it.
