Right there with you. This has gone beyond activism and incompetence at this point. Now that Chevron is gone, GUESS where all of the lawsuits against agencies are going to end up? Judge K will be deciding how much lead in drinking water is appropriate and how harmful oral contraception is.

The irony here is that this court is in Jackson's district, where he presumably lives. So this is one time when filing in front of Kacsmaryk might not be that insane from a standing perspective. If he lived in CA, for example, different story.
