Not everyone wants to or can ride a bicycle. It increases the price of operating a vehicle in a way that limits those who may want to be more mobile or choose to drive for a million reasons besides “I don’t like train”. Or maybe only rich people should be able to travel freely?

Luckily there is the best public transportation system in the country to get people anywhere they want to go. Unfortunately, I am often on a bus, stuck in traffic behind a bunch of single occupancy vehicles driven by people who can afford to keep a car in NYC, which is pretty expensive,
