I live here too, and tbh I'm not even missing the fire coverage. maybe that will change if (God forbid 🙏) we get another Rim Fire. But Watch Duty gives me the basic info I need for local dangers. I didn't realize how watching the whole West burn stressed me out every fire season :(

Same. I had to move from Butte County because of the heat/fires. Even just watching from afar (I'm hundreds of miles away now) gives me the yips.
