Baloo and Launchpad never flew together, you're thinking of Kit Cloudkicker :P that said, there was a comic series in Disney Adventures, "Legend of the Chaos God," which tied multiple series together MCU-style, like TaleSpin and Darkwing Duck and even Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers
