I guess in fairness to Yvette Cooper if I was as coddled as she was I would find it threatening that the voting public keep on asking me why I'm supporting a genocide and what it'll take for me to stop.

Most politicians do not live in the real world and it shows from how stunned they are at even the most meager demands, asked for in the most polite way. That Rachel Reeves clip of her running away from some middle aged women wearing the hijab springs to mind.
