Only 3% of Russian missiles, drones, and guided bombs hit military targets in Ukraine, with 97% aimed at civilian infrastructure, according to Ukraine's OSCE delegation. In the past week alone, Russia targeted civilian infrastructure with over 800 guided bombs.

In 2024, 11% of Americans viewed Russia “favorably”, up from 7% in 2023, according to Pew. Similar increases were seen in other NATO countries: Canada at 13%, France at 17% (up 3 points), Germany at 15% (up 5 points), and the United Kingdom at 13% (up 4 points).
