Hungarian PM Orban met with Putin in Moscow shortly after visiting Kyiv.
They discussed Putin’s ultimatum for Kyiv to withdraw from four Ukrainian regions and to abandon NATO plans.
The EU criticized Orban's visit.

After months of concerted Russian attacks, Ukrainian forces have retreated from the heights around of Chasiv Yar, west of Bakhmut, Donetsk Region.
The heights around the town are a vital position that gives commanding views of the area to whoever holds it.

Huh. Seems like EU member Orban has it backwards. Treaty if ruzzia withdraws from four territories it's illegally occupying.
