It's for all restaurants and bars just as the chart says "food services and drinking places". So, not representative of fast food.

Well, then, I’d be curious to see what percentage of that total $$ spent is bars or alcohol only, because fast food is at least half of all restaurant sales. The point remains - there’s still a lot of growth there so I’m guessing it comes from full service restaurants and booze.

But - not to be contrary just curious- these are National Restaurant Assoc numbers. I don’t think they would ordinarily exclude fast food …and the article doesn’t specify. 🧐
