They were supposed to order me one in March that was supposed to be here by the end of May. Now I'm finding out that they might not have ordered it at all. They were also supposed to order me a wifi router and HEPA filter, but I haven't received those either.

i'm so sorry, that is totally fucked. you need those things to survive! obvs you know that already, and of course when you're SO HOT it makes it harder to have the energy to advocate for yourself—but it's july! aren't there city statutes about living conditions?!
