As the EU, your most important ally, put it, in the words of its High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell: “the best way of preventing that bombs are dropped on civilians is not delivering those bombs”. Joe Biden has increased the flow of bombs. Even the First Lady told him to stop.
