Make no mistake — The Supreme Court just laid the groundwork to eliminate mifepristone. Their decision today to kill the Chevron doctrine means judges can now overrule federal agencies as much as they want. Including the FDA. Judges now get to decide which drugs are safe.

It begs the question: is SCOTUS not answerable to any other branch of the government? Can our elected senators call them to testify re: their decisions and bring the scientists, doctors, sociologists, etc, to counter their uneducated, refusal to see the truth, 21st century-like.
