The Supreme Court ruled that evidence of “official acts” cannot be admitted at a trial on the “unofficial acts.” But that does NOT preclude such evidence from consideration in the proceeding to determine whether the acts were official. All the evidence is about to come out.

Is retention of evidence after the fact and after leaving office admissable?, in other words trump retained docs after leaving office, non-official act, in violation of official requests, are these admissible?
