I’m guessing it was a Punk Rock Flea Market, which happen a bunch in Philly & burbs. I think I might know the artist who makes them (bought some too once) but old friend divorced him & well ya know

it didn’t seem like it was a punk thing it down the street from the city hall building. the cards were made in the 60s i can find them on etsy sometimes but they are always like $30 each
