Sitting outside (walking if the weather is nice), or playing some game on the switch, or cleaning up something around the house. Or, often, I'll end up taking a break by making myself a nice meal
Porch breaks a few times a day along with regular walks helps keep me sane. I’m a homebody by nature so I’m very happy if I just have a little exercise and some time staring at the bird feeder and feeding the jays peanuts.
I walk my dog, honestly. My dog forces me to physically leave my apartment and get some sun and air, and having to pay attention to her and everything else helps to re-ground me.
I usually eat a snack and do a little bit of walking. If I need a break from video editing, I'll draw for a bit or if that isn't working out, I have a "sticker by number" book I like to work on. When it's not hell outside, going to the park is great for me and the puppo!
I go to a dance class twice a week which forces me to exercise AND get out of the house. Daily I will usually take an hour lunch and watch a tv show. Mid afternoon I’ll take a break and read comics or poke online.
I drink lots of tea, so I also take boiling/steeping breaks to play with my cats
I'm bad about it myself. Often, a beak could just mean standing up, stretching my limbs and wrists, and then sitting back down. Longer breaks include a snack and some time with my cats playing with them. ❤️
