Grants Pass just indicated that the unhoused and their advocates would get no relief from the courts, which, lol. The idea that it "suddenly made" homelessness illegal is laughable to anyone who has been in the struggle. These are political gestures that align the judicial with the rest of the state

Chevron is the one that actually seems significantly transformative because it applies directly to federal agencies, who have a foolish tendency of listening to the supreme court and corporations facing regulation, who have the money and malice to force agencies to do so if they try to act otherwise
