Its also complex too considering that Mask Bans happened during the Black Lives Matter protests, and now we see Mask Bans pop up during Stop the Genocide protests. Mask Bans were unpopular with democrats with Covid-19 but became popular for 'em as soon as police needed Mask Bans to arrest protestors

Remember the fact that Democrats oppossed Mask Bans proposed by Republicans during 2019-2022, but as soon as people began protesting genocide Democrats joined Republicans and began supporting the Mask Bans to help police ID protestors by revealing the faces of protestors. Its all about oppression.
