ugh KLM...I think they're worse than Air France when it comes to friendliness bc we just had a great experience with staff ! klm checked out YEARS ago

AF can be friendly whereas KLM flight from Namibia via Angola to Amsterdam ranks among my absolute worst in recent decades. Screen at my seat was flashing and couldn't be switched off, and after asking the stewardess if anything could be done she handed me a barf bag and pieces of tape to cover it.
