Gee, this doesn’t sound like the opening of a disaster movie at all “This is a risky spot for a natural gas plant because… OCEAN” “What if we build a 26ft high wall?” “Genius! Hear that, OCEAN? We will defy & mock you from within our mighty walls” Of course the audience knows water always wins.

They will always go as far as they're allowed to go. When has a fossil fuel company ever once in the history of anything put doing the right thing above maximizing profits? Please don't give them the benefit of the doubt WP. Your reporters are savvy. They know damn well better than that.

So a huge cofferdam, with massive pumps to keep emptying the water seeping in. The Dutch or Danes are building floating solar or wind islands, right? FFers are going the wrong direction.
