That is an interesting take and something to ponder. I am more of the federal government taking a back seat and the states being more in control of their areas. However, even in this format, there are cons as well as pros. Your take is interesting, "pokemon" government. Always evolving.

It's called dialectical materialism. It's the antidote to pure idealism. Instead of trying to make the world fit your ideals, you let the world itself shape your thinking. That makes for better informed ideas about how to build a better world, like socialism and communism.
