I'm really encouraged by the cabinet appointments: people with expertise in the field they are covering, lots of women and folk from a wide variety of backgrounds. And the Rwanda scheme is scrapped. Good start.

It is, isn't it. I thought the Timpson choice, in particular, was inspired. And glad Rwanda was scrapped on Day 1.
