What is this, a lift for flies?! The need to be at least…three times this heavy! The only flies I do are cable pec flies (to a *very* stretched position) on one of my chest days each week. Today is just a fun strength day I’ve decided to work in once a week (heavy bench, deads, .chins and squats)
