no but you dont understand. if theyre not useful to society they *cant* have homes. without fear of empty bellies and houselessness, why will people be motivated to *do* anything

Omg yes. So many people are against programs that help people financially because they are so focused on the very rare cases where people abuse those programs instead of the enormous amounts of good that it does... and you just can't logic with them, they don't believe in facts
I once asked someone to define “extreme left”.. he started with gay rights and stopped.. because he knew if he kept going down that ignorant road, he’d look like a clown. Yes, I think everyone should be equal. And we should take care of our fellow people.
Seems inevitable that some edgelord would find a post like this sooner or later. Some people seem fixated on the idea that someone needs to be at the bottom of the pile, but they never stop to consider how that idea got into their heads.
