Not fine they could have their own events for guns or whatnot but not attempt to cause a panic at an existing event The hotel, event should permanently ban them. They were liable if this became a problem or caused a stampede or anyone got hurt as a result...

I've had panic attacks and problems with large crowds which is why I haven't done cons. But if I had and didn't plan or know about guns since it was banned on their rules and then a mock mass shooting this could have caused me to have a panic attack or at least anxiety attack ruining me being there
