Yeah, somewhere north of 90% of the times I try to call a company it's because my problem *doesn't* fit neatly into some node of a flow diagram, and 7 need to talk to a person with actual understanding of the business. An LLM that's been fed the playbook will obviously be no better.

A lot of the time they don't have a "for anything else press 0" option so I just have to pick the closest thing thematically and apologise to the person I'm put through to, who can hopefully forward me to whoever I should actually be talking to.
