Something I’m surprised no one has talked about from the debate is the setup of the stage and distance of moderators from candidates wasn’t a lot of space, on top of there being no audience. People are better at projecting their voice in large auditoriums with audiences. Trump is loud regardless.

I was disappointed at the lack of real-time fact checking. I think more so I was bothered that no one called Trump out about tariffs and how importers in the US and consumers pay those tariffs, not the exporter overseas. Very frustrating topic.

As someone who has held a security clearance, I can assure there there's a mountain of options, channels, and people that we can report concerns to if we have any. What he did was for personal gain and that's it. His elaborate cloak and dagger story was nonsense.

Russia still wants the world to believe their mission in Ukraine isn't a land grab but instead a "special military operation to eliminate Nazis." Meanwhile, It is literally a land grab operation and Russia enacted a law forbidding calling it a war. So, yes. I would contend anything a Russian says.

His leak had little to do with morals and everything to do with personal fame and financial benefit. If he was so concerned he had literally dozens if not hundreds of people to report concerns to. He chose e-fame and Russian citizenship.

He’s in Russia because that’s exactly where he was trying to end up after he ditched his job at Booz Allen Hamilton in Hawaii. He held a security clearance and was obligated to notify his security manager of foreign travel plans prior to leaving. He did no such thing.
