The high court has shed all pretense of impartiality. It has become a tool of the Far Right, a process that has been in the works for decades and was engineered by the Federalist Society and enabled by the likes of Mitch McConnell and others.

I am seeing a lot of posts tal'mbout "this is what Biden should do now, and this is what the SC said he could do without consequences..." and those people need a webinar on what the Democratic Party is and how it functions (and mostly doesn't)
