Me at work today, standing in a room full of shit to do: i gotta do X. I gotta do Y. But first i gotta do A. And then B. But FIRST I gotta PEE. Like hi i gotta still remind myself to go pee and also drink water regularly i am 42 and just got an ADHD diagnosis how did the adults in my life miss it

Part of the problem is kids in the 80s and 90s never drank water. We only had Coke because it was FAT FREE 🙃
