I'm curious to see if it holds up in court. I don't have much hope it gets struck down, but I would love to be wrong. I don't like TikTok, or ByteDance, but this could have ramifications for other industries as well. The largest VC company in gaming is Chinese-owned.

Tencent, is the company I couldn't think of. They also own shares in Discord, Ubisoft, Riot Games, FromSoftware and several others.
