The only real ""new"" jobs create by AI that aren't about the actual tech so far are training/fixing it's mistakes and maybe prompt engineer but I doubt that's a real thing

Typical anti-racoon nonsense. I utilise the raccoons for everything. One eyed Billy does my taxes and the Tax office has only audited me twice. Jeff does my haircuts at home and he now knows the difference between a fade and a mohawk, nicked off a little bit of my ear but they will improve

I also know comixology had a curated direct publishing program and that got nuked...🥲 or converted to "Kindle Direct Publishing" seems like they treated comics the same as novels (like not having guided view for a time??)

One issue with those reality TV houses is they were very poorly built rush jobs with superfluous features for TV that were hard to maintain (such as a carousel or a theatre) at least if those houses are proper houses it mitigates the issues

The guy who pioneered incubators for premature babies basically funded the entire project by having it be a travelling side show. Folks could pay a dollar to see the tiny little baby's at a time where "medical odditiy" shows were all the rage not ideal but it paved the way for reducing infant death

Yeah, and some people are sort of perpetually in their 20's cause they aren't interested in "adult" hallmarks like kids/career. So being reminded of your age is uncomfortable because you feel like at some point there's an expectation to stop doing things like going to the club or events.

Like anything it depends, When it's shorts weather I prefer longer socks because imo they pair well with high top sneakers...tho I also wear them with my lower top reboks...I dunno personally I prefer the look 😆, Some people are just drawn to trends regardless of age

It's entirely possible the bubble bursts and in the next cycle they come up with something useful but as it is there's just not the use cases or the level of adoption. There's a limit on how much money you can throw at something based on vauge promises
