I see goat on the menu in many Central and South Asian restaurants. E.g., Afghani, Pakistani, Indian, Nepalese restaurants.

Ah! I'm not fond of Indian food (though my wife loves it), so maybe I'm just showing my ignorance. Funny how one's perception might be shaped by one's tastes in this context.

You’re going to find goat basically in restaurants with various Central/South Asian, some African, Caribbean, and some Hispanic cuisines I believe
